As a social enterprise, Next Generation Foundation is managed by the founders who believe in the principles of helping others. We operate through virtual offices and communications platforms to minimize cost and increase active participation.

The founding team is supported by an experienced Programme Manager.

Lamin SaidyKhan – Programme Manager

Lamin Saidykhan is a veteran youth leader with over 10 years experience in youth advocacy and networking. He leads different youth organisations and actively participates in awareness campaigns.

On many occasions, Lamin has participated in discussions that are geared towards ensuring the advancement of good governance and democracy in the Gambia. In October 2016, he led a group of young people to Dakar for training on civic and voter education, election monitoring and observation.  He has served as the Acting Speaker of the National Youth Parliament of the Gambia.  He also served as the Head of election observation mission of the National Youth Parliament in 2011 and 2016 Presidential election in Central River Region. He was at one time the Chairperson Serrekunda East Youth Committee under the National Youth Council and with the responsibility of communicating and selling youth development agenda and programmes to various stakeholders. He was equally the Deputy Secretary-General, Social Protection Platform The Gambia.

Lamin has strong interpersonal skills such as networking and communication.
